Returns Policy – Succulents

If you are not happy with your order, you may return the plants to us for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, you must first contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and provide us with a photo of the plant upon arrival.

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, via Australia Express Post.

Once we receive the returned plants, we will inspect them to ensure they are in the same healthy condition as when you received them, using the photo provided.

Upon assessing the plant, where applicable, we will issue a full refund for the cost of the plant.

DAMAGED ITEMS DUE TO SHIPPING

Should you receive a damaged plant on arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of received items providing images of the damaged parcel and plants. This will help speed up the process more effectively.

However, any issues related to damaged plants, losses and transit delays should be taken up directly with Australia Post, as insurance covers up to $100 damages and losses on all Express Shipped items. We do not offer refunds for plants that have been damaged or lost in transit.

Returns Policy – Handcrafted Pots

OUR PRODUCTS ARE HAND-CRAFTED

Please keep in mind that our products are handmade in small batches, and so some variation in form and finish are to be expected in repeat lines. Due to the nature of our product materials, pots are designed to be naturally rustic with rough edges and chipping, and
some will develop fine hair-like cracks and patina over time, giving them their unique appearance.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you don’t love your purchase, you can return it for a full refund, or exchange it for any other item in our store. Please retain your original receipt and notify us of your intent to return or exchange within 7 days of receipt, and have it shipped back to us within 14 days.

The customer is responsible for return express shipping costs.

All products must be returned in ‘AS NEW’ condition, with all its original tags and packaging, and be adequately packed so it will safely make the journey back to us.

The customer is responsible for damaged or lost products during return shipment. 

DAMAGED ITEMS

In the unlikely case that your item is damaged in transit, please email us with a photo of the damaged piece and the packaging box within 24 hours of receipt to info@eastgippslandsucculents.com.au so that we can arrange a replacement for you.
