Sempervivum Garielle

Sempervivum Garielle is a mat-forming perennial succulent featuring rosettes of fleshy green leaves with deep burgundy tips. In full sun and cold weather, the entire rosette darkens to its deepest burgundy-bronze hue.

The mother can spread in all directions by horizontal stems where offsets form readily.

In summer, a thick, flowering stalk will appear from the centre rosette with star-shaped white flowers.

A drought-tolerant and cold hardy plant that will do well as a ground cover, in rockeries or borders, as well as decorative troughs and planters.

Thrives in free-draining soil and plenty of sunshine.
