Sempervivum Hairy Balls

A small succulent that forms compact, ball shaped rosettes of fleshy, furry leaves.

Rosettes can grow to 5cm in diameter and as they age, they close to resemble balls. This growth pattern makes them ideal for forming low, compact clusters, adding variety to ground cover in the garden, or in a decorative pot.

When exposed to sunny locations and as it matures the leaves can be brighter in colour.

Requires minimal attention, prefers a well draining soil and has a high tolerance of neglect.

Will thrive in either full sun or part shade.
